About the Artist

Lilach Gurfong is a professional architect and artist who holds an honors degree from the Pratt Institute in New York and completed her urban planning studies at Bezalel. With a career spanning more than twenty years, she has dedicated herself to residential architecture while maintaining a consistent practice in sculpture and painting to bridge the gap between structure and emotion. For the last seven years, she has pioneered the Blockimm language to investigate the "gap" as a vital area for movement and change, with her creations being featured at the Fresh Paint Art Fair.
