Cancel Transactions

You can cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, if it has not been used.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method and within 7 business days of the cancellation date.

Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

Please notify us after sending the item and include the tracking number for the returned item.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and will not be refunded the original shipping cost.

Items must be returned in the condition in which you received them.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom orders.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund as well.
